Now open- Swain Community Outreach is providing local mental health and substance use services to children, adults and families here in Swain County.
We are located at the Restoration House at 81 Academy St. in Bryson City (across from Swain Co. DSS).
What is outreach?
We are hoping to grow inclusive and comprehensive services here in Swain County. This means partnering with existing agencies to bring needed services close to home, teaming up with other Swain providers and developing needed services to fill any gaps.
Swain Community Outreach is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation. As such we are required to provide inspection of/a copy of our exemption application (Form 1023) and our Form 990. These will be available on our website shortly via a hyperlink.
